Throughout most of my life, my professional journey took me far from the realms of the restaurant business and culinary arts. However, my love for cooking has been a constant, a source of joy I indulged in every spare moment. Exploring the culinary landscape, I found delight in experimenting with dishes from diverse cultures – from the heartiness of Russian cuisine to the delicate flavors of Asian and European fare. Embracing the unknown has always been my mantra.

A pivotal moment unfolded a few years back when I decided to venture into the world of volunteering, offering my skills in the kitchen of a local church. This experience sparked a passion that led me to unexpected opportunities, first as a private chef for a renowned athlete's family. Soon after, a remarkable chapter unfolded as I found myself at the heart of Mari Vanna's restaurant.

Reflecting on this journey, I am profoundly grateful for the invaluable experiences gained. Within mere months, the chef entrusted me with the kitchen, allowing me to stand alone in culinary creations. There were even moments when I seamlessly stepped into her role.

It's been a rewarding odyssey, and I'm excited to continue sharing my culinary love and creativity.
